Sound files may be included for the visually impaired, allowing them to be included in uses of the world wide web. Two potential problems with this method.
  1. Sound files are currently very, very large. Unless baud rates increase significantly soon, special attention should go into reducing the size of sound (voice) files.
  2. As far as I know, at the time this was written, there was no browser capable of adapting to the visually impaired. Hence, even though sound files maybe included, there is no way to let them know to what area they should move the mouse to get this information.
However, in spite of that, many peole may still learn better auditorily.
